Valve and Pump Control Levers

Orscheln Group designs and produces control levers to shift valves and pumps in heavy duty on-highway and off-highway applications. In addition to side push button and "T" release type control levers, Felsted also offers straight and bent levers. Control cables and connection kits round out the product line in order to provide systems. Felsted valve and pump controls are available for OEM and aftermarket needs direct from the factory on large volumes and through the independent "F.A.S.T." distributor channel.

Heavy Duty Levers

Designed for rugged applications

The Heavy duty levers are designed for rugged applications to control valves or pumps for in or outside cab application. They have 5 to 1 mechanical advantage, and can use either push pull cable size: 4 series (1/4-28 cable end threads) or 6 series (5/16-24 cable end threads). They are available with or without push button operation.

T-handle “Dump Body” Control

Used to control the PTO and/or pump for dump body hoists. This control is standard as a dual unit (PTO and HOIST) or available as a single unit (PTO and HOIST), or a triple unit(TWO HOISTS and PTO). Quad units can also be configured. The control is sealed to keep engine noise, dirt and fumes from the cab. All controls use a 3 inch push pull control cable for operation, available for both 4 series (1/4 –28 cable end threads) and 6 series ( 5/16-24 cable end threads ) The shift position strip and lever indicator are illuminated for night viewing.

NG Dump Body Control

Similar to the T Handle unit above, but features a side push button lever and utilizes a quick cable connection on the cable hanger bracket.
